Review summary

This was my first cruise ever so I ask around and people said Royal Caribbean so I booked with them. This was a mistake !!!!!!!! They messed up my drink card that I paid for, could not get help from the supervisior on the ship, had sewage to back up in my shower while I was in there, no AC for most of the cruise. Had to call corporate office while on vacation to get help on the ship to just get a fan for the room. This was a nightmare. The positive was the food in dining room was great

I agree stay with rc. I've been on 10 cruises with rc. My last on was on Liberty and we had some problems so we complained and they gave us 300$ off next cruise. I think that's awesome! We all know they didn't have to.

Wow, I was on the same ship and my only complaint was the dining room food and server. Sorry your experience was bad.

I agree, Royal Caribbean is always the way to go, this particular ship is just not very well run

Please don't let this stop you from future cruising. I have cruised with Royal and never had a bad experience. Sorry yours was so bad but give it another try.
