Review summary
First timer here. After taking my trip on the Majesty of Seas; I wont lie and say it was exactly what I expected, but it wasn't a bad trip in the least. First off, four friends and I (21-23) took this trip on May 5, the start of summer and to be honest the ages on board were a bit surprising. I expected a lot more younger people (20-28) on this ship as it is more economical and college courses were finished and break was up at this time. Beyond that I absolutely loved Cococay and was disappointed to hear from many servers that the ship often passes up this beautiful island due to weather or high chop in the water. For Nassau and Key West I was completely disappointed. Being from Florida I can tell you where they dock in Key West is 100% a tourist trap as is Nassau, but that is a gimme. As for on board the ship I found both negative and positive experiences with the servers on the ship. Some I loved and were as polite and chatty as could be and others just wanted to take your order sign for your drink and not even say hello. One huge downfall about this boat I wish I had known about (other than the age ordeal) was the extreme lack of on board events. We had one deck party, which was a bit lame to be honest. Everything else seemed to pertain to either some kind of Bingo or gambling. Lastly, if you want a recommendation as to what ship to sail on, many servers recommended for a better time, more events, better ship, and more youthful age group to try the "Enchantment of the Seas" line. Hope this helps. (PS. If you rent a moped/vehicle in Key West DO NOT USE SUNSHINE they have giant deposit fees as opposed to any of the other non-commercial rental places, there staff will most likely 'forget' to notify you of this until you are charged for it. Upon being charged it takes 3-4 days to get your 300-500 dollars back.)Ship experiences
