Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Excellent. My one request would be more chocolate in their gluten free desserts.

Allegro Dining Room

5 out of 5

Absolutely outstanding service. I have celiac disease and they catered to my dietary needs! The service was outstanding. Our waiters, Prince and Innocent, were charming and sweet. The staff made dining so much fun!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
The Naturalist Mark Harris gave excellent lectures on wildlife and we attended each one. These lectures really helped us understand our surroundings and enabled us to enjoy our excursions with the knowledge we needed to have the best time possible.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Wonderful musicians and dancers. The production shows were quite cheesy, but the talent was excellent. As an aerial gymnast myself, I was a little disappointed that they advertised β€œaerial arts” in their show, and there were no aerial acts at all.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service in the Allegro dining room was outstanding. We had waiters from Nigeria who were sweet, charming and super competent. They also did a great job catering to my dietary restrictions (celiac disease). Our room was always in great condition. The cleaning staff were quick and thorough. Everyone was very kind and accommodating.

Cabin / Stateroom

Very nice and cozy for an inside cabin.

Ship tip

Go to the naturalist lectures and make sure you have the bridge cam on so he can help you spot the wildlife you pass on the ship. We were able to see whales and dolphins with the help of the naturalist. It was amazing.

Disembarkation

The medallion system made this so easy. It cut down on long lines.
