Given the opportunity I would do it all again. Along with Alaska, inside passage, and Antartica (go the 3rd or 4th cruise to make certain you get into Antartica)
Thank you to Donnie, my travel agent, who takes such good care of me.

Food and Dining

The VARIETY of foods was unbelievable. I'm a foodie and there were always new dishes to try. I had the BEST escargot ever in 50 years. However, DO NOT try the Chefs table. I rate in 10th out of 10 Chef's tables I've been to on the seas. Excellent ambience, faultless service, but poor wine parings and way too few. Out of 10 "bites" only 3 were memorable.
Onboard Activities

I don't do anything other than wine events. I recommend the salmon pairing event - I went twice. And the Silverado Blending event was exceptional. Thank you Lincoln and Junior respectively - VERY knowledgeable.
The other wine tastings were the normal bill of fair, but they broke it out by vineyard then by white and red. Nice touch. But I would have appreciated it more if they had put a suggested "pairing bite" by each wine instead of just having the typical mixed plate of stuff for noshing.
Special mention to Binoy who "adopted" me as his special Sommelier student. I deeply appreciated his kindness and expertise.
Entertainment

2 memorable performers. I went to every 7:30 showing. Stayed for 15-20 minutes, then I just couldn't stay. Make sure you have an easy exit seat.

Everything was so clean and well maintained, Even when we sailed at 100% capacity everything was spotless and trouble free. The elevators were always available and QUICK as well as quiet. No clunks or jerks.

I actually won the LOTTO and was upgrades to a balcony. It was AWESOME. As I sail alone I had more room than I needed. Which was great!
Ship tip
Smile every day, learn your servers' names and use them with respect, thank everyone for everything, leave any entitlement attitude at home and just ENJOY yourself.
I was disappointed, I expected more of a Bali, or Hawaii experience, Then I found out all the Tahitians go to Moorea for long weekends and vacations. Makes sense to me.
Cyclone Lola kept us from being able to visit this port. A bummer considering we also lost San Francisco and Lahaina as well. Lahaina for obvious reasons and SF because Princess chose not to go there in order to do more business in Los Angeles.
