This was our third sailing on the Majestic (and our last). The service and food quality has been lowered each subsequent sailing. Suggest customers instead carefully select from smaller, older Princess ships that have som character and some semblance of quality food and service.

No prime rib and no lobster … first time in over 60 cruises on 5 different cruise lines . Bar service was horrible … normal wait for a drink was 20-30 minutes and at times up to an hour
Onboard Activities

Pool was good. Hot tubs were not hot. Fitness center was excellent.
Entertainment

Ships production shows were good. Other performers were a mixed bag with some good but others not so much.
Service and Staff

There is something wrong on this ship. Service is poor to just plain bad. Zero sense of urgency and an “I will get to you when I get to you” attitude.
Ship Quality

Not enough cleaning in this day and age. Almost zero cleaning of bar areas in between guests. Not enough hand sanitizers around ship. Zero insistence on hand cleaning before guests enter buffet area.
Cabin / Stateroom

A bit noisy from movement of deck chairs above. Balcony huge. Location to pool deck and buffet only a short stair up.
Ship tip
Skip it and go to a smaller ship like the Grand Princess that still understands what customer service is.
There’s literally an email sent a week before instructing you to download the app. I sail on Saturday and I got the email notifying me to download the app as much as I want to unplug.
