Review summary

I feel for a Christmas and New Year cruise with our family as we have done others at the same time with our family we would have expected the same standard we had previously before Covid this was the first cruise since then as we had this booked over 2 years ago.

As being Christmas lots of children no games by the pool, line dancing not even music Zumba all very ordinary

Very limited New Years Eve very ordinary we have done a few on Princess not even the balloons dropping in the atrium and the entertainment on deck poor other years before Covid was fantastic

Covid, with the reduced capacities, gave me some of the best cruises ever. I became spoiled... Read some pre-covid reviews. There were just as many complaints that things weren't as good as they used to be as there are now. Complaints are one thing that hasn't changed.

Sorry, it was not what you expected. However, everyone has to stop dwelling on pre-covid cruises. I'm sorry to say it will never be the same again due to staffing and suppy issues that may take a long time to fix. We also have to remember thar Covid is something that will be part of everyday life now, so it will be affecting so much for now on.
