Review SummaryThe grossest tea creations are made by pretty boy Milan Savic and his loyal helpers in the International Cafe, located in the Plaza. Captain, I want you to know that Milan is "very" creative... I attempted to order tea. I had the name of the tea and a picture of it on my phone. My husband had previously ordered it, so I knew what to expect. I was very specific that it must be cold. They evidently did not feel like making it as requested, they looked at me laughing, rolling their eyes. They tried to make the tea four times, each time was a disaster. Customers behind me were shaking their heads. Finally, when I mentioned that I wanted to speak to the Hotel General Manager, they walked away and disappeared. I did not receive the correct tea. I immediately reported this to the front desk, showing them the four unsuccessful attempted tea efforts. The front desk staff could not believe the poor results, and how unprofessional they appeared. I also reported this to the Food and Beverage Director. He was apologetic, but I do not know if he took any action. Hopefully, someone will look into this failure of service.
