We would like to thank Fiona and her supervisor, Chris, for understanding our situation and getting us moved to a different cabin. Excellent service from Fiona and Chris. Also a great thank you to Ady for helping us move.

Cabin / Stateroom

This is NOT a large interior spa stateroom. The door hits the bed when the door is halfway open. There is hardly no storage space. There is NO charir, NO couch. We had to have the steward remove an ottoman that was stored under the dresser in order to have room to store our suitcase. If this is the large spa stateroom, i would like to see the one labeled as small. We were going to leave the ship in either Bar Harbor or Halifax if we did not get a different room. The deck plans show 2 staterooms but there are actually 3 so they must have combined the 2 staterooms to make 3. I have a picture showing how the door hits the bed. I also have our cruise agent looking into thos issue. They did move us to cabin 770 on the 4th deck. Much better

The bus tour was awesome. Beautiful City. However, the bus driver, Gary, was very rude to a lady who sat in front of us. He was also kind of aggressive with his driving. Added some stress to the tour.
I would like to mention that we were moved to Deck 4 Cabin 770. Deck plan showing on this site is incorrect. HAL needs to correct it before they get a lawsuit for false advertising.
