Royal Caribbean is really a different experience. They welcomed us very nice, and besides the waiter at the dinner, everyone else were beyond nice and friendly.

Next time we will seek a smaller ship with less people and no kid friendly options. Food here was good and shops were nice. Our cabin was beautiful and relaxing. Drinks were expensive and watered down, however.

Had a great New Years cruise. Looking forward to making this a yearly event.

Food was very bland and uninspired. Royal Caribbean needs to up its game.

For 3 nights this is a very nice cruise. Plenty of food and drinks. Entertainment was good. We didn't have any days at sea but if we did it would have been stressful with so many kids running around.

Don’t plan on cruising on Royal Caribbean again. Have cruised probably 5 times before with them, but the quality has really changed—not what I remembered. Seems like they are really cutting corners in entertainment area and quality of food in dinner experience in main dining. I guess they are focusing on new mega ships they are building. Sadly a ship with 4000+ passengers is just too much for me to enjoy!! (I did like the way they do the safety drill info now over the past!)

Overall quite good. Please do not lower standards to become like Carnival

Ships are better than carnival ships. Food and entertainment was so bad that you were basically forced to eat pizza or upgrade to specialty dining.

Overall we had a good time however the food quality for dining was poor. The overall service of the personnel there is simply average and the entertainment options were very limited. Royal is not what it used to be.

We had a great time celebrating my sisters 50th Birthday.The staff was super nice and helpful. Ana and Fatima in the dining room are Gems. Thank you RC

A great mother daughter cruise! There were lots of activities on board for us to enjoy! Food was great, service was awesome, activities were lots of fun! We made some super memories!

This was a perfect first cruise for us as we have always been reluctant to do one, after our experience we will definitely do another one sometime in 2023. The staff are amazing and are really helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I do think you need to consider more drink packages as the one you had was not for us as we don't drink a lot.

The cruise was better than expected. I would definitely recommend getting the Key package as well as the drink package. It made it so much easier and was very convenient. The internet was not great and we kept getting disconnected from the internet. The only other negative was the number of people at the buffet and pool areas. They were not large enough to accommodate the number of people.

My parents and I loved this cruise! The service from everyone was exceptional. Room service, waiters, everyone. I have been on several cruises and service here was above and beyond.

We booked this trip for our third wedding anniversary specifically to the Bahamas because we have never been. It wasn't until we arrived at the port from Clearwater FL to find out they switched our port to Puerto Plata Dominican Republic. If we would have known that the port changed. We would have rescheduled our trip or chose a different boat. We were very upset since we have already been to the Dominican. I wish they would have given us a choice to opt out or reschedule. The overall boat experience was great though! It was our very first cruise and had a great time.
