Review summary

There is a lot of ship to see in this short trip. You may not get to see or do it all, but any day on a ship is a good day

Embarkation

3 out of 5
There was a longer line than I’d experienced in a while but it moved relatively quickly . We boarded on to the deck where the muster drill had to be done before entering the ship. That was different and made boarding a bit anti-climatic

Ship experiences

I didn’t try the specialty restaurants but MDR was good as usual

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
On a 3 day cruise with ports 2 days there really wasn’t must time for activities

Enjoyed the entertainment I attended. The comedian was hilarious

I want to mention about specialty restaurants. They are too expensive and I've heard through my cruise groups that some people didn't like the food. You have to pay the gratuity on top of what you pay for the meal. We ate in Cagney's when we were on the Norwegian Spirit but that was years ago and the meal was $25 a person plus gratuity. Now, it is too expensive like I said it's just not worth it. Your cruise there is included with the MDR and the buffet and anything else that you do not have to pay extra for. I don't blame you for not going it's just not worth it.

My husband and I cruised on this ship last yr. We went to Boston, Portland and Bar Harbor, ME, St John, New Brunswick, Canada and Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. It was 9 nights. I wanted to go to Canada and we have never done this type of itinerary. We've been to Nassau with Norwegian and RC. We went to Coco Cay in 2015. Glad you had a nice cruise.
