It was ok, beside the two staff members, food, and freezing pool. I will try another cruise company to compare.

The food at the main dining on the menu sounded amazing but the taste was not. My child and I tried the buffet, but that was not all that great either. Even thro they had the cover, people was bending down and speaking over the food to speak to the workers behind. We even witness people sneezing in their hands and touching the handle of the spoons to get the food. We mostly eat pizza the whole trip.

Pools OMG WAS FRREEEEEZZZZIIINNNNNNNGGGGGGGG. You would think with all the money they made from everyone. Royal could get heater for the pools.

I would have to say that my biggest disappointment was the Bar staff on deck 5 where the pizza were. EXTREMELY RUDE, his name was Bronil and his manager(sry I forgot his name) accused myself and my daughter of lying. When I went to complain to the guest service to speak to them about the worker Bronil attitude. They had the manager meet us at the cafe, he than accused my daughter and I of getting a cup from another royal cruise ship and try to get continuous soda from the bar. When I showed him my daughter card which shows that I spend for her to have the soda package. Than he changed his words by saying "oh no us made other people do that". I was to turned off by his respond I said that I had to do a review and let people know, hopefully the corporation and staff can do better for the amount of money that we spend on these cruise.
