We had perfect weather at each port. Shows were highlights, movies were horrible choices, had to ask for the daily “Compass”to take home and save

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
We ate at Chops once upon boarding for lunch and another evening for dinner. Food was cooked perfectly and portions were good. We came an hour early on boarding day (hard to judge time for lunch after boarding) and even though they were pretty empty, they did not want to seat us right away, but eventually they did. It was not full either day we went. The buffets left much to be desired, food was never cooked past warm, but most things, pasta dishes were cooked cold, and things fried- were over fried to being hard. Even a cheeseburger was either in the hard side with the cheese hard, like it had been sitting for too long.Buffet deserts left much to be desired. On 2 mornings I took a blueberry muffin, one day it had only one blueberry and the other day it had none. They need someone to oversee it better,

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
Did not do any thing for activities other than tons of trivia. After going to 2 different ones, it was enough. Too cold for pool.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The ice show was great, as was Saturday Night Fever. The Juggler they had was great also and so funny! One comedian I didn’t enjoy as much as all he did was pick on the audience, didn’t find him funny.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
My husband has food requests so we had the MaitreD Reuben looking out for us each evening. He was great. Our waiter John was great also. Always had water and my soda package ready for dinner when we arrived. Our room steward was the most non existent steward I have had in 6 cruises. Not happy personality and hard to reach ifnyou needed any thing. It took us 2 days to get extra hangers.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Don’t enjoy when I try to get to the shows that I have to get in an elevator to get on the correct floor, as you can’t always walk through.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
All was great, it was roomy, no problem with suitcases left under bed

Ship tip

Don’t believe all the negativity about the ship, don’t dwell on the small things

Peggy's Cove and Double Decker City Tour Enjoyed Peggy’s Cove, not enough time to souvenir shop, had to get back on bus. The drive there was relaxing. There was souvenir shopping at the pier. We visited the Titanic cemetery, short walk from the hop on off stop.

Disembarkation
