This was my first cruise and I had an amazing time. Everyone was so welcoming and polite and everything was organized and timely. The shows were entertaining and the live music was amazing. I will definitely be cruising with royal caribbean in the future.

Overall everything was delicious and I enjoyed the vast food varieties. The main dining hall was well organized and inclusive. I loved how every night we got to taste food from all over the world. And the desserts were impeccable. The Windjammer was my favorite place to eat. I loved the buffet and all its options. The staff their was incredible, they were all polite and attentive and all worked incredibly hard to make sure we were all satisfied.

The musicians were extremely talented and the live music was amazing. Additionally, all the stage shows were incredibly entertaining and everyone was so talented.

The service we received on our cruise was exceptional. Edcel was our stateroom attendant, we roomed in room 8673. He was extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. I believe he has one the not-so-glamours jobs on board and I admired how hard he worked and how he was always so positive. Ronald was our head waiter when we dined in the main dining hall, table 241. He was friendly, accommodating, polite, respectful and punctual. He was also incredibly patient and was passionate about his work. He took time out of his shift and allowed us to get to know him and for him to get to know us. He also gave honest food suggestions. Ignatius, who was the assistant waiter at our table, 241, in the main dining hall was extremely friendly, positive, patient, accommodating, kind, and funny. He was always smiling and was incredibly sweet. He also went above and beyond to accommodate us and made absolutely sure that we were all receiving impeccable service. Dominic, the main dining room manager, was also incredibly accommodating making sure our table was set up in a timely manner and making sure that we dined at our same table every night.
Ship Quality

The ships design is absolutely beautiful. It was polished, clean, and well organized. The layout was not very hard to follow and all the lounges, bar, and common areas were well attained and maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

Size was in no way an issue, we arrived every organized and had no problem making ourselves at home. The overall comfort and cleanliness was exceptional and it had a very cozy vibe.
Ship tip
Be punctual! There were 4,000+ passengers sailing on our cruise, so we learned quickly that if you wanted a seat in the platinum theater you had to get there early.
We did not do an excursion but the port was clean and well organized. Everyone working at the port was welcoming and everything ran in a timely manner.
We did not do an excursion. I was a little disappointed in this port because a lot of the tourist attractions were closed and we were subjected to only a small part of Bermuda. Granted, they did face a hurricane earlier the past week but I just wished for a little more. However, the shopping centers and all souvenirs were beautiful.
The port was absolutely beautiful and everyone was so welcoming. We did the snorkeling safari and the staff who ran the excursion we funny, friendly, and welcoming.
We did the dolphin adventure and it was an amazing experience. The staff was organized and welcoming and the staff at the part made sure everyone was comfortable at the park. We also went around the port and visited all the stalls and vendors.
