Terrible, chaotic, unorganized disembarking with no staff in sight. Took several hours standing in line which stretched through several areas of the ship, and that’s after you figured out where to go. Such an unfortunate ending to a great cruise. Hope they come up with a better plan and instruct the passengers better.
