I didn’t know this was a port of call so didn’t understand why we didn’t leave and it made me scared of missing my flight home

Nassau, Bahamas

They over booked the excursion and tried to make us snorkel when the ferry should be coming back. Then the times kept changing. They wouldn’t take us back to main island and we had to aggressively get onto a ship to make it back to the ports in time for departure from Nassau. Service was unfulfilled. Island ran out of drinking water. Original ferry never came back when promised. Just over all bad management and scary to feel we could have got trapped there
