Ship was breathtaking. The cabin could have been a bit cleaner, but other than that amazing

Cabin / Stateroom

This was our first cruise, so we were really unsure of how to choose the right cabin. We took advise from others that you are never really in the room, it's okay not to splurge on a balcony, etc. I know better next time. Room size does matter with three people. The bunk bed was hard for my son to access, he has special needs. The couch was too small, and had to rotate around each other to get dressed. Also, not very clean.

Ship tip

I loved the fact that it wasn't jammed packed. The lines were long but not unreasonable. There were familes, but it wasn't swarming with little kids. Also had a great 16+ area and things like adult activities. I loved the overall experience and I am glad that Liberty of the Seas was our first cruise. It really set the bar high and made us want to be repeat "cruisers."

My mistake and my voice a ship is not a boat because a ship cannot fit on a boat that's running up the joke.

A lot of people call a ship about but with that, you can't fit a ship on a boat but you could fit a boat on a ship there's a difference. And not only that if you watch on YouTube about ships and how they're made and how big they are you'll see the difference it is so amazing and fun to watch. Also lots to learn

Glad you enjoyed your cruise. We've sailed with Royal Caribbean three times and the ships were grandeur, Navigator and Serenade and we enjoyed all of our time on the ships. We took a cruise on the Norwegian Getaway from March 18th to March 26th and we also did the Discover Nassau Land by sea which you did when you were in Nassau for your first cruise. It is a very interesting Excursion and we learned a lot about the island. We did this excursion before but this was really the only thing for us to do in nassau. My husband and I were at CoCo Cay in 2015 on the Grandeur and it is a very nice island. The cabin stewards only work from a certain time they do not have turned down anymore in the evening but if you feel you need service please call on your cabin phone the housekeeping Department and there is a button that you could press for housekeeping and you will definitely have things done for you. I got clean towels everyday and they made the bed. They do work very hard as we all know. I am sure you will be cruising again but honestly it's not just all about the food as we know. Yes, food is very important and it should be cooked correctly and not be cold. As far as your cabin whoever you speak to about your wanting a cruise mention that you have a special needs child and you need more room. All in all, I'm glad that you had a wonderful cruise and I hope that you will Cruise in the future.
