Buffet was fine. Our main dining room experience was really off. First night we sat for 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. We were a party of 9 so we were hard to miss. Wait staff was unorganized. Would take half our orders and disappear. Serve wrong choice and forget some meals. Entire week was off. Food usually cold by the time we received. This was unusual as this was our 3rd time on the ship.

Again, wait staff was off. Room steward never left daily paper which we would have loved to have had. App is ok, but we love the daily paper.

Love the design. We were deck 6 and there was a musty smell as soon as you got off the elevators. I’m allergic to mold/mildew so by day 2 I was on allergy pills and uncomfortable all week.
Thanks for your review. We had similar experiences on our Enchantment of the Seas cruise out of Baltimore last week. Everything seemed to run hot and cold, but like you we love being out on the sea. Hopefully RCCL will straighten things out before either of us cruise again.
We had to ask for paper copies of the cruise planner on Allure. We asked once and then our cabin steward always had them there for us. On Harmony, they automatically gave us paper versions.
