Ikade was an excellent room steward. We enjoyed visiting with him every day. He went out of his way to make our room a pleasant place to relax. Dinesh and Mara were attentive to our needs and made our dining experience memorable. I had never tried escargot and was hesitant to order but wanted to give it a try. I was encouraged to try and promised another dish is I wasn't pleased. After bringing the dish they stopped by to make sure I was satisfied. I'm glad I had the opportunity to try a new dish.
