Review summary

They broke our bottle of wine. Get severely overcharged to stay one night in Galveston, poor shuttle options to and from the airport. RC had horrible customer service skills, they charge for popcorn, they let you use only one outlet in your room and stole our extension cords.

Wow! And your cruise was in 2019 and just now doing a review!? I will be on the simulation cruise for Liberty on September 17, and very much looking forward to it. Royal is our favorite cruise line. Read all the rules before you cruise.

We sailed 30 times with Royal and seldom had any issues. Overall Royal is our preferred cruise line.

How could they "only let you" use one outlet. Makes no sense. How were you over priced in TX? Did you not know the price when you booked the room?

I didn't think you were even allowed to have an extension cord only a power strip that does not have a surge protector. How did your wine bottle break? It has to be in your carry on or it will be confiscated.

Extension cords aren't allowed. Normally you carry on your own wine so not sure how they broke it. We have always loved Royal caribbean.
