Review summary

Over all I had a good time and great experience. Was SO DISAPPOINTED in false information given on ship excursions. Missed opportunity I may never get a chance do again. Never expected that from a RC employee!

Was really surprised at the lack of complimentary food venues available. And lack of complimentary options on cold beverages. Windjammer and main dining was only place you could get something other then flavored water and coffee . I made my own ice tea from the tea bags meant for hot tea.

They tried to charge me for unreturned towel $25 fee. Had to stand in very long line the day before disembarkation , mid day and very late that night because of 2 days of gratuities weren’t taken off. (I had no services from room cleaned or any wait staff on 3 days, only asked for 2 to be taken off). Yesterday, day after cruise, still no credit.

Very very long pier. A must is good walking shoes. Had be told and seen on videos that cart would take you up and down pier for $3 . Not one was ever seen. Must have been a thing in the past. Customs going back to ship was horrendous

We were there in May 2018, didn’t know anything about a cart but started walking. My husband has trouble with long distances so we stopped to rest for a few minutes and a cart came by and picked us up. When we headed back it was the same, we started walking and a cart came by. Nothing was said about how much but we gave him 5.00 each way, it was worth it.

Was it false information or did the employee try to give you what they knew? You don't explain. If it's a cruiseline excursion, you receive tickets that explain everything.
