Someone with door access card breakin the room and stole my gold chain. No feedback on cruise security investigation.

Review summary
The heavy metal door automatic swing and shut tight when a person leave the room. It is reasonable to believe that the hallway has secrete surveillance camera. When someone entered the room with the access card the computer system would have electronic signature to register who open the door and come into the room. They have electronic information of the access card (when it is generated, time of door opened... etc). Cruise ship security has not given me feedback and told me what investigation was done. I would like to give a complete record of what action you have done to investigate the theft of my gold necklace. I view the theft and the investigation as unacceptable in a secured cabin room. It seems like a case of just file the paper complain in their folder and forget it ever happened to a cruise guest.Embarkation

get off the ship as quickly if allowed on departure day... everything was shutdown in morning. No point staying longer. leave after your breakfast.
