Royal Caribbean delivered superior customer service as always, with wonderful food and onboard entertainment. We had the good fortune of being upgraded which greatly enhanced our vacation also ( yes it does happen!). Disembarking was a nightmare however due to slow customs. It took in excess of 3 hours to disembark and cost us our shuttle as well as a missed flight.

Ship Tip

Don't cruise out of Galveston.
Costa Maya is a port where there is not much to see or do if you have not booked an excursion.

Not a pleasant place and hotels ridiculously over priced.
