Review summary

My only true complaint relates to the embarkation and disembarkation process.  These were not very smooth.  I think they could have been done a little better.

We did have one problem with our shower drain - which our room steward (Howard) handled right away.  Howard's service was great all week!

We are very glad we chose the assigned dining time!  That worked very well for us.  Our waiter, Santino, had our names down the first night!   His service was impeccable and we thoroughly enjoyed the ever-changing menu options.

The new Mexican food specialty restaurant was delicious!  Service was a little slow in there, but the servers were gracious and the guacamole is fantastic!

Howard provided wonderful service to us all week. We had a slight maintenance problem with the shower drain and Howard worked hard to get it resolved for us.

Ship tip

Be sure to check out the sky high bars - especially Olive & Twist. Very cool location with lots of windows!
