Review summary

Everything about this cruise was absolutely great except the embarcation and debarcation process. This was a bit of a mess. Great service, great weight staff. Great room steward. Great cruise director. Great entertainment staff. Boat was clean and well maintained.

Rude impatient people was the worst part of it. Took exactly 1 hour to be in vehicle. Thought the carry your own suitcase off would be easier, so did 2500 people. Once you got off the boat the line moved continually. The shuttle dropped us off right in front of vehicle.
