Review summary

We love this ship and have sailed on it multiple times.  Being Diamond Plus members of the Crown and Anchor Society makes our RCCL trips more pleasant.  We ate at two of the specialty restaurants where the food and service were fantastic.  Day 4 we had a problem with the shower which took 2 1/2 hours to resolve so we missed dinner.  But the headwaiter in My Time dining allowed my husband to order what we wanted and had room service deliver it allowing us to avoid having to go to the buffet very late.  And, due to the extremely long time it took to get a plumber, we were treated to dinner at Chops on our last night.  Guest services is very accommodating.

We went to Chitchen Itza which is a 2 hour bus ride inland. Use the round trip to nap and read and you will not feel that the time was wasted. Chitchen Itza is worth the trouble.
