Review summary

While we had cruised on Royal Caribbean before, this was the first time we used to assist in the selection and booking process. Our service representative, Lexi Garcia, knows her stuff, is very personable, and made everything very clear to us.

As for the cruise itself, RC is perfection when it comes to serving the passengers. We never had a situation where we felt slighted or wanting more - ALL crew members are committed to our happiness. We booked our next cruise while onboard and can't wait!!

The Next Cruise process was easy, fast (30 minutes) and YES, there were significant discounts! We were able to get a Junior Suite for less than we paid for the balcony stateroom we had this year. Deposit was only $100!!
