Review summary
Wonderful cruise with family and friends (12 adults and 1 infant). Our last cruise with Royal Caribbean was two years ago in April and decided to do another with Royal Caribbean because of our wonderful experience. Check-in was easy, service was great and our rooms were clean. Our steward Antoni was very attentive and our main dining servers Louie and Sharon were outstanding, especially with our 14 month old grandson. We noticed that taking a cruise at different times of year means different menus and entertainment depending on the average age group. This cruise was geared to a more mature clientele, where our April tour was geared to a younger group. Both were enjoyable, but in a different way so pick your dates according to the ages in your group. The only thing that I felt was not proper was having some bartenders give themselves a tip without notice. Only after receiving our final bill at the end of our cruise did we notice these charges. We had prepaid our gratuities (including beverage packages) and also gave extra tips for service we thought warranted which included stewards, bartenders, maintenance and waitstaff. Overall, we still believe Royal Caribbean is the best Cruise line for our family

Ship tip
Unfortunately, I had fractured my foot 3 weeks before departure and had to rent a wheelchair. Should have rented a scooter instead since most hallways are carpeted making it difficult to move wheelchair. I needed assistance to go from one end of the ship to the other which would really tire you.
