Review summary

Liberty of the Sea is a very beautiful ship. The Royal Promenade was a wonderful way to met people and gather.  Main room food was very good and well presented.  Disappointed that with My Time dining because you are lock-in to only one dining room. The buffet was unorganized and confusing when looking for certain food.  Unfortunately there was limited choices after 9 pm.  The Windjammer was closed at 9 pm.  I felt that the overall food and choices were better on Norwegian.  After several days you can see that the ship should be going to dry dock in January, Carpet was dirty, elevator buttons damaged and wore seats in the theater.  Lastly, they charged $1.50 for a bingo marker after charging $30 for 12 cards. Nickel and diming at its best!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Main dining room food was very good and staff courteous and professional. Buffet food was only fair. Lay out was very unorganized. Limited food available after 9pm. Pizza was like frozen store bought. Sandwiches were all bread and no meat.

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

Best shows at sea. In the air, ice show and Liberace under study were top shelf.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Courteous and professional. Deen (stateroom attendant) and Brian from India (waiter in Botticelli room) were outstanding. They made you fell like family.

Cabin / Stateroom

Largest inside room I ever had. It was about 1/3 larger than Breakaway and Gem from Norwegian. It even had a love seat.
