Review summary

All in all the cruise was great. Embarkation issues at Cape Liberty and Boston were the low points of the trip. If those issues can be fixed it will make this cruise just that much better.

Food and Dining

Dinning room staff was hit or miss. We had My Time Dining so we were not always at the same table. On the 1st and 3rd night the tables we were assigned, the wait staff was very impersonal. On night 2 we were given table 219 where the wait staff was excellent. We were able to keep this table for all the other nights. We used room service for breakfast twice during the cruise. The 1st morning we requested delivery between 7:00 - 7:30. We were called at 6:20 and advised our food was on the way. It arrived at 6:25. The day that we arrived in Bar Harbor we were planning to leave the ship at 8:15. We decided to order room service again from 7:00 - 7:30 time frame based on our previous experience. Our order arrived at 7:50! I'm not sure why they ask for a time if there not even close to meeting it.
