It took over an hour to initially get on the ship. When the ship stopped in Boston, there was only one gangway to get back on the ship, resulting in a 45 minute wait in the hot sun to reboard the ship.  During the time we were waiting to reboard, after a long while only one attendant came out with a tray of glasses of water (should have been more than one attendant and should have been bottles of water)  One young lady actually fainted on line.  The captain announced that the reason only one gangway was open was because of high tides.  I would think the tides would be known beforehand and hence accommodations for that fact could have been made beforehand.  In addition, although the dining room staff was very good, I found the food mediocre and usually came out cold.
