Food and service were excellent. It was impossible to get dinner reservations between 6 and 7, both in main and specialty dining rooms.

Excellent fitness center. Pools were average. Did not care for the art auctions, bingo games, etc. Nice on-board library.

The first night dance performance was excellent, and there was a very good rock band at the Rolling Stone club. All other shows were sub par.

Our room steward was attentive, friendly, and responsive. I had some difficulties with a guest services staffer who did not properly correct a problem with my account, and had to return the next day to get the problem resolved. Waiters in all areas of the ship were very good.

The Koningsdam is beautiful and very well maintained - the best of 4 ships I have been on.
Cabin / Stateroom

Modern, plenty of storage, comfy bed. Compact but very nice bathroom. Everything was very clean.
Very fast. The walkout exit lanes only show exits for bus, taxi, and "city". It was unclear where we should go for our family member to pick us up at the terminal
