Overall we had a great time and the staff we met couldn’t do enough for us! It was let down by the dining room and guest services . It was our first cruise with Holland America and probably our last

We mainly did trivia which was fun but prizes were rubbish and some trivia were repeated and repeat cruisers kept winning

The dancers were good and guest performers Unity were excellent but that was about it the rest in theatre was rubbish. However the musicians in the bars around the ship were brilliant

Thanks for your review but you sure are a hard grader. But I hear you on the trivia. I pride myself on trivia being one of the few things I am good at but NEVER seem to be in the upper 25%. Not sure about the repeat cruisers though. I suspect there are some who will do anything for a plastic ship or a bottle of champagne.
