Review summary

Only cruise that I wish I had stayed home or missed the ship. Corporate in Seattle was not even prepared to answer questions prior to the cruise. Spent an excessive amount of time trying to reach Holland and take care of all issues prior to leaving my home. The left hand seems to have no idea what the right hand is trying to do!

The terminal was empty. You couldn't even get wheelchair assistance. Plus noone checked for covid negative proof

Drinks were great but the food in the dining room was subpar at best. The buffet surpassed the dining room in service and quality. The italian place was fantastic.

Did not do most activities. Personal reasons not failure on the ships part in any way.

Entertainment

The shows were not up to standards. Masks were not even enforced when the ship knew Covid was found to exist. So I stayed away from most public areas

The stewards and most of the staff was great. The dining room seemed untrained. The guest services were great except the supervisor. He needed to be trained by his staff. Lacked knowledge in most areas.

Maybe a different itinerary would suit as it seems you didnt enjoy the ports you visited. I think its a good thing masks are not being enforced any longer it means there are so few cases that the risk is low.
