This ship was just a great design for us and it is now our cruise line and ship type going forward. I have never seen a ship so clean and well run.

It was a good size for us, bed very comfortable, the cleanliness first rate, and for the first time on a cruise we had more storage than we could use. The abundance of electrical plugs and USB's was very much appreciated.
Ship tip
Use the ecxcellent laundry service. You can carry less suitcases and the cost is such that it was cheaper to use than paying for another suitcase on the aircraft.
We did not do an excursion as this is the third time we were in San Diego. I Iove this as a cruise port. Its easy to get to, has very nice waterfront area, great restaurants, and so close to reasonably priced pre-cruise hotels that we walked to the ship from our Hotel pulling our bags with us. It took 11 Min. Try that in Florida ports.
It was very quick and efficient, Holland America did a great job in making sure the process to get COVID tested to get back home was well done and easy.
