When they canceled our horseback riding tour due to rough water, they told us they'd give us a full refund. The folio only showed a half refund, so we had to ask for the full credit. When I got home, I see I was billed for $80 more than what my folio said, so watch the billing!

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Food was very good, but service in the main dining room was not great. Very slow, long waits, and had to ask for things 2 or 3 times. Lido dining was great for us.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Main pool area was uncomfortably warm and humid as they kept the roof closed too much. Hot tubs were very small. Trivia leader (Emily) needs to be counseled on dealing with seniors (which to her is anyone over 50 or maybe even 40). She was a bit rude I though.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Billboard Onboard pianists (Gavin and Sarah) were fabulous, as were the rock band, Lincoln Center classical musicians, and the other entertainment.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Excellent for everyone except the main dining room waiters.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Best I've seen for cleanliness. When they announced there were more than usual cases of gastro-intestinal issues, they ramped up the cleaning even more. Purell everywhere, they removed anything the public could touch from the eating areas (salt and pepper, tongs, silverware) and everything was served. They sanitized tables and even chairs after every group left a table. Washed columns, etc. They let us know and encouraged everyone to wash hands frequently, etc.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Beds very comfortable. Room kept clean several times throughout the day. Great staff.
Ship tip
Skip the dining room and eat at the Lido or Dive-In.
Prettiest port to sail into and out of. Did helmet dive tour which was cool to do, but didn't see especially pretty fish, and no rays or turtles or dolphins except in the coral ocean park tanks.
best beach on the whole trip. can't believe the color of the water or the fine-ness of the sand. Book a clamshell ahead of time and get there early as they don't have enough staff to open them very timely.
