Review summary
The ship was mostly very good, the crew mostly Philippine and Malay were excellent, several attendees walked out.
Some components of the Spa did not work and were not repaired, locks in changing room, Heated pool temperature inconsistent. Spa staff seemed disinterested (especially the male trainer)
Entertainment mixed but generally good. juggler excellent and funny, one comedian last evening was badly inappropriate several cruisers got up and left the show.
Food not as good as other Holland America cruises but still very good (just not excellent) Menu a little limited. Dinning room staff seemed overworked, which caused first and second sitting to overlap twice.
Lido food very good better variety that dinning room. More trash cans needed especially for disposing of used tea bags.
Still a very good cruise, I am a bit picky, good time, I would recommend this cruise to others.
