bathroom door across from the closet and opening right in front of the cabin door was very awkward. Nice shower size though. balcony was smaller than cheaper rooms on deck 5. storage was in awkward places that didn't make sense. room seemed small compared to other cruise lines similar class rooms. room was very clean and well kept the entire cruise

Disappointing Experience on Koningsdam by mjdb

Cabin was smaller /narrower than the usual verandah cabin,-you would not want to be a large person or you wouldn’t fit. There was lots of storage and the veranda was nice. Visible linens were clean and changed frequently , unfortunately the duvets and mattress covers,or pillows, were not even changedor cleaned inbetween passengers and were dirty, with hair,and stains and body fluids on them.This was quite unacceptable.

Stateroom SMALLEST Ive seen compared to other ships Balcony small as well Pull out sofa for third bed uncomfortable and took up all remaining free space in room My stateroom was suppose to have spa benefits, but on board I was told it was only the robe, shower head, soaps in shower that made spa. This was dissapointing since I PAID for more, would have booked a different room
