We had an absolute blast and can't wait to cruise again! Can't believe we waited so long to do our first one, but it definitely won't be our last. Thank you to all the staff for the amazing time. We can't thank you enough!!

Delightful cruise in a laid back atmosphere. Excellent food and service all the way around on the ship. Limited slot machines on the ship and they were pretty tight so just brought home half of my budgeted funds.

So good to sail on a small ship at 55% capacity but with full crew! The Price of the cruise was amazing and despite the smaller Balcony cabins it was overall a great experience!

Loved the ship, easy to get around. We did not stop in Cartagena, but Aruba was great. Have been on many New Years cruises & this one lacked the decorations ;etc that Royal Caribbean did on others before: No decorations on outside deck; so we went to the Centrum for the countdown…only a few balloons, kind of disappointing. Still a good cruise

We went with 18 family members and chose this cruise because it worked for everyone. Seven were first time cruisers and thought it was great, the rest of us felt we could have chose better. Once we added the beverage package, internet, and the gratuities for this cruise we felt we would have had a better experience on Celebrity or Princess where they are included in the price. Felt like there were too many people on the ship for the amount of staff, not enough social distancing. Two came back and tested positive for covid the day we arrived home. Three more are being tested because they have mild symptoms. Everyone was vaccinated and boosted and we washed and wore our masks everywhere. We probably won't choose RCCL again. Our family was happy to be together and made our own fun. Just said we couldn't finish our Christmas together because of the two positive family members.

Great first cruising experience! The food in the main dining area was exceptional every night, and we really enjoyed the nightly theater shows.

We enjoyed this cruise - relaxing prior to the crazy holiday season.. Would to this again.

This is a great ship for relaxing and classic cruising. Although I am prone to seasickness on her, I still sail her as often as possible. The size and the level of service keeps me loyal to Jewel.

Overall would not cruise ever again with Royal. The food and drinks were watered down. Never experienced that before . The food gave me diarrhea everyday

It was a great get away, short but refreshing after spending many months enclosed at home.

This was a very inexpensive last minute cruise for us. We enjoyed the trip and the ship felt clean and safe. The staff was INCREDIBLY kind and helpful. After this great experience, since we are retired, we may do last minute cruises more often. With the Covid concerns, we felt quite safe with the precautions the ship had in place.

Ports changed prior to sailing. (Was looking forward to Key West.) Hated the masking! Nice ship, very clean, friendly staff. Food was just okay, not great like they kept wanting use to say. Entertainment good. Was able to buy what I wanted in the port marketplaces.

Royal Caribbean Cruises are the best! Great staff and awesome guest!

Was a great first cruising experience! For those concerned about COVID, they checked everyone's vaccination status when we boarded, as well as our recent COVID test results. Then, when you passed that they put a green bracelet on you that you wore the entire cruise. The bracelet had an added benefit of if you didn't do one of their shore excursions but booked one on your own, you could tell who was from your ship because they had the same colored bracelet on. We also wore masks inside (not my favorite thing ... but oh well), unless we attended a vaccinated only event. Not quite sure why they did it this way, since all adults were vaccinated, only the kids weren't?

Nice short cruise. Good deal for the price. Would do it again.

Very slow cruising at 8 knots. Distances were very close so the ship just stopped and waited for the sun to rise.

Destinations to visit not as interesting as european ports, or not as interesting as Caribbean ports of call.

The highlights: the embarkation, service, food, room, the ports and good shore excursion options which weren't too expensive, opportunities to dance, Zoomba class, interesting converstations at dinner, meeting people from all over the world. Not so good: the internet was terrible, poor communication between who we booked cruise with and the ship, disappointment at not being able to see the wildlife on Sri Ban Yas island since it was cancelled, and the disembarkation process which was terrible.

visited infirmary after falling and hit my head on a metal stool. seas were rough. Nurse seemed unfriendly and uncaring that I had swelling the size of a football and extreme pain saw Doc for a very quick check. asked if I wanted pain pills and put ice. declined pain pills as it was a head injury
