Review summary

This was a pleasant boat ride not an extravagant cruise to which we have been accustomed to. The food was good (not great), the rooms were good with average beds (not plush), the service good (one exception was our stateroom attendant who was exceptional) the staff proficient and most of the time friendly. Contrary to our other sailings the snack bars were basically pizzerias and the cafeteria was just a cafeteria. We had requested seating for 4 (cruise was a special occasion to celebrate Mom's 70th) and ended with a seating of 10. It appeared other parties were able to make alternative arrangements we were ignored. On a more positive note the entertainment was very good. As mentioned earlier it was "a nice boat ride".
