Cattle Car with poor food

This was for our 30th anniversary. The only positive thing we can say is that we went to Mexico and did have a very nice anniversary dinner in the Portofino fine dining restaurant. Otherwise, it was bad to mediocre. Room service, order wrong, cold food, not enough options. Windjammer buffet, crowded, poorly serviced, and very mediocre. Restaurant dining was just OK. Staff mostly very surly or just not interested. Other staff constantly hitting us up for good review, over and over again. Lots of smoke on our balcony and around the ship. Could not enjoy the piano bar due to children playing on the piano. Parents were there and did nothing. Really felt sorry for the musician who was an excellent professional. Up-charge for everything, and every up-charge required a "credit card" type transaction. No tabs. Very tedious. That's what comes to mind without giving it any thought at all.

Some was bad but OK is not a good rating for a cruise.

It's Mexico, what else can I say.

Avoid it at all costs!
