Great food choices. I would love to have had more access to munchies, like popcorn or pretzels at hte bar. Food at the buffet was not very hot.

Stateroom attendent and waitstaff were wonderful. Guest services was disappointing due to their lack of knowledge and info about Bermuda. Said they had trouble gathering info in time....funny I booked my trip 4 months ago....seems like enough time to me.

Very confusing trip. Did not know what bus/ferry to take....where we were to go. Lines at info booths. 50 min bus ride to Hamilton. Had to change buses to get to the beach. Stores in Hamilton closed on Sunday. Disappointing. No info from ship!!
