Review summary

My husband and I never cruised before and were apprehensive to book one with concerns of sea sickness and feeling trapped. Well it was just the opposite. There was always something to do, swimming, shopping, the health club, shows, eating, drinking in the hot tub, playing cards or slots in the casino or just sitting back enjoying the fresh air and open seas. Even when the winds picked up and the seas got rough we never felt sick. It was hard for us to believe we were on a boat.If you have never cruised before go for it, you will be glad you did. We just wish we booked a longer trip, it went by so fast.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was ok but not gourmet. The dining room was nice but we would of liked private tables for dining. It did not matter because there were other eating options. We had an exellent meal one night at chops their food was the best and the service was great.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Always something to do. I entered a slot tournament and won second place 320.00.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
They were always polite and happy to take care of any request we had.

Ship Quality

The ship was beautiful

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had a balcony, it made our room feel larger. It was our first cruise and I know now for sure I would never book a room on a ship without a balcony.

Ports of call

King's Wharf, Bermuda

5 out of 5
The beaches were beautiful we spent the whole day swimming and snorkeling. The next day we had a local cab driver take us everywhere. It was Sunday so the city of Halmiton was quiet and the shops were closed. St. George was beautiful and our cab driver took us places we would of never seen on our own, he also explained everyday life in Bermuda and alot of history about the island.

Pros: the atmosphere

Cons: formal dining room needed smaller tables for privacy
