Review summary

Typical cruise ship with typical food and fun. We spent a lot of time watching the clock - trying to make it to dinner on time or to a show or presentation.

Food and Dining

The food had very little taste - there was just a lot of it. The menu was boring and predictable.

Entertainment

Hit or miss. Someshows were excellent and other shows boring - The tango dancers were boring and we didn't care for the Royal Caribbean Dance show on the last night (I fell asleep).

Service and Staff

Some people were overly nice while you could tell that some of the staff couldn't wait to leave. Many of the waiters weren't even singing at the dining room show.

I chose this ship because it was only 2 years old. However there did appear to be a lot wear and tear in some areas. For example, the fake plants in the solarium had turned blue but not replaced.

We were so far away from things we wanted to see. We only got to one beach and to Hamilton before we had to get in line to go back to the ship for dinner. The second day (Sunday) had limited bus service so we staying at King's Wharf because we were afraid we would not be able to get back to the ship on time. We purchased a 2 day bus pass before we realized we couldn't use the second day
