Entertainment

again, shows were too short and generally uninteresting, with the exception of the singer/comedian on the 2nd night. She was outstanding!

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
By far....the weakest point of this cruise experience. The cruise director was nowhere to be found...hardly any pool activities or general involvement and enthusiasm compared to other cruise directors we've had. The staff in the dining room was decent, but still forgot simple requests like a glass of milk and was slow to respond to bar requests given the few tables they each had to service.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was clean and the cleaning staff was helpful and friendly.

not overly impressed with the island and was very disappointed that golf was not offered as an excursion when it was stated on the website as an offering.

Pros: The food was surprisingly very good. Chops Grille may be one of the best dinners I've ever had....everything from the time we sat down until we left was unbelievable and well worth the $20 fee.

Cons: The crew appeared tired and generally uninterested many times during the trip. The shows were too short and generally boring, with the exception of the singer/comedian the 2nd night. Even the Broadway show was wayyy too short.
