Even though I did not care for the itinerary we had a wonderful time. The food, service and ship were wonderful. If I could go back in time I wish we had chosen the Mexican Riviera cruise instead. I have been to most of the Caribbean islands over my life time and the ports on this trip were just did not measure up. The canal passing was mildly interesting at best.

We had Club Class dining and the service was over the top professional. Servers made dining a really fun experience. It is clear the Princess employees love their jobs. Food was excellent, every meal, in quality and quantity.

Not much that caught our interest. We are pretty low key so that may be more our personalities rather than what Princess offered. There did appear to be lots of replication of events over the 10 days.

Our cabin steward, the wait service staff were all wonderful and professional. They made the cruise perfect.

Everything was immaculate. One would not guess the age of the Island Princess by looking around. It has been kept in tip top shape.

We always cruise in a Club Class Mini Suite. We do spend more time in our cabin rather than attending social events so its worth the extra cost for the benefits.
Hated it. Went to a Dolphin & Shark Show - it was a joke and waste of money. There are other companies that offer dolphin swims that are much nicer than this place. Then went to Dunn's River Falls and also - disappointing. Accosted by vendors selling stuff. Horrible excursion except for the wonderful tour guide.
Would not go back to Grand Cayman. Disappointing. The tour we went on was ok. The Nautilus Submarine was fantastic but the tour of Grand Cayman was boring.
Glad for your comments. I loved Panama canal on Holland and loved Cartagena...the macaws, anteaters, parrot flocks, huge interesting store.we did that right by the ship. But Princess may dock at diff port than Holland.
Appreciate your detailed feedback. Glad you mostly enjoyed cruise in spite of choosing the wrong itinerary. Guess you’ll just have to book another cruise and go on the itinerary you’d prefer.
