Staff at passenger services was not helpful at all. Constantly had to go back to get issues resolved. Paid for room decorations in advance. They were not delivered and after multiple discussions with them, they were finally set up. No card was attached so recipient never knew who they came from. Specialty dinner was messed up and our complementary bottle of wine (set up by Princess) was not even a wine the ship carried. Offered a different brand at no charge and then was charged. A lot of cruisers had their bills messed up. A Nightmare.
