Princess Cruises are great!

Sail Date: March 21, 2015

Wonderful crew, activities and meal choices. embarkment In  Ft Lauderdale was not too smooth..long lines. Most of the passengers were experienced cruisers and showed up early for boarding causing long lines in the heat. In Barcelona my Cruise card was lifted (pick-pocket) and upon re-boarding, Princess did not have an employee (only sub-contractors) to handle my situation. It took a while to get recognized and get back on board. It would have been helpful to have a Princess crew member at the entrance to deal with my situation.

Other than that It was a great cruise on the Island Princess and we will be returning for another cruise with Princess.

Thank you,

Norman & Leticia

Food and Dining great service crew
Cabin / Stateroom couldn't hae been better
Service and Staff wonderful
Entertainment great
Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida
too long lones and we did not have a cabin assignment which caused a problem with the porters. They didn 't know what to do with our luggage and it delayed our boarding in addition to the long lines

Tip

didn't quite understand why the late seating was changed to 7:30 p.m. but it was ok
