Review summary

This was our first cruise so we did not know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised at the rooms. There was plenty of closet and cabinet space so that we did not have to just live out of suitcases. Having a balcony room was a great way to go. I think what impressed us the most was the kid's program. We have three children (ages 11, 10, & 7) and there were activities planned throughout the entire day for them. The staff were fantastic with all of the kids!

We took the train to the White Pass/Yukon Summit. This was great!! The Jewell gardens tour was a little disappointing. The food was tea room food. I would have not chosen this as part of the excursion had I known more about it.

Great little town!! If you take the tram, you don't need the guide to take you on a hike. It is something that can be done on your own.
Don't Miss: the tram up the mountain!!

Don't Miss: Lumberjack Show

Pros: scenery while cruising and the options for children in the kids club

Cons: food was ok, but not fantastic
