Review summary

Overall we had a great cruise experience. As others have mentioned, the food quality was a little below par, as were the entertainment and activities.

Skagway, Alaska

We went on a kayak tour at this port that was very nice. There were only 4 of us, which made this tour much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, during the busier summer months, this tour would probably not be as nice. A lot had to do with the smaller number of people and the weather conditions.

Weather was very poor this day, as well. Our glacier/dog sledding excursion was canceled and we ended up doing the Helicopter to a Glacer tour. This was nice, but a bit of a let down from what we had originally book. We very much felt like just a number on this tour. They were trying to get as many people up and back as possible.

This port was very rainy. We took the bicylce tour that was very poor. I would not recommend this tour. There were a lot of unique shopping options.
