Small ship service great but food was pretty bad. We have cruised many times and this was a first concerning their meals. We also tried dining in their restaurants on board and that also was a big disappointment. On numerous times we mentioned that it was our Anniversary and my husbands 65 Birthday and it fell on deaf ears!! Also his Gluten problem was poorly coordinated with the servers creating even more of a disaster with his already tasteless meals.
Our travel agent also never sent our coupon books which they stated had been sent out before our trip.

I must say though the service was top quality and we were reimbursed for dining room fiasco. We heard from other passengers that the Holland line was excellent going to try them next time.

Pros: ports of call

Cons: food
